Tastes, textures, seasonings, cooking, wedding of flavors: everything was perfect. The decoration is sober and original, background music is great and staff: welcoming, friendly and professional. A great discovery.

Everything is perfect from A to Z: the service is without false note, attentive, without any being too pretentious. The 7-course menu was a nice culinary journey, with flavors and sparkling associations. No dish has disappointed us, unlike most of the tasting menus we make in the different stars. Finally, the frame is neat, in a retro style with china objects. I'm a fan! Thank you, thank you, and bravo!

The seasonal menu is both balanced and full of character, every flavor is thoughtfully paired, and the dishes are not only delicious but beautifully presented. There’s a clear sense of creativity that never strays from respect for the ingredients and tradition. The team at Virtus, though young, is remarkably professional and attentive. From the warm welcome to the seamless service, from the articulate presentation of each course to the refined decor and an impressive wine cellar, nothing is left to chance.
