Everything is perfect: the kitchen, the atmosphere (slower to chat, the service (super! The menu price (€49 is correct with rather generous portions. We all took the menu, 4 bottles of good wines and 1 bottle of champagne. In total €75/persons reasonable price! We all enjoyed the great choice of dessert!

Also, more butter to accompany the bread, which is a pity. Cheaper with an entire service in less! It gets less interesting. It's still very good and the experience is very appreciable, but it's worth less.

The aperitif and wine service was slow, the main courses were on the table but our wine hadn't arrived... The cheese and dessert were exquisite. I appreciated how the students communicated with each other and with the teachers using eye contact... Congratulations!
