My wife and I ate a table at the chefs on Saturday night. we visited the palast of fililles during the day and had to postpone our reservation by an hour, but n... read more My wife and I ate a table at the chefs on Saturday night. we visited the palast of fililles during the day and had to postpone our reservation by an hour, but nothing was too much annoying. the restaurant itself has a beautiful friendly,...comfortable feeling, but the talented young chefs in the kitchen produce some amazing food. there were 2 set menus to choose from, each of 5 curses a meat and fish and the other vegetarian. neither my wife or I are big fish eaters, but they were friendly enough to choose us the vegetarian menu (to avoid thun-fish and otopus dishes) or have the bark course. eating was all over, directly from the refreshing watermelon, gurke and spicy sponge cake opener. the following with fruit tomato served with basilikum snow (frozen in liquid nitrogen) and then shave a beautiful celeriac (served 2 away) with a light curry sauce and truffle. the highlight of the meal was a slowly boiled ball of some of the most tasty bark meat I've ever eaten, served with a potato mill feuille. the meal was filled with a wonderful cowardice and we decided to take the accompanying wine flight. Despite our very basic French, the employees were happy to tell us all the stunning food and weine in perfect English, which improved a fantastic evening further. I would not hesitate to recommend the restaurant to anyone who visits paris (we were close to bastille, so it was a short walk for us, but I would have traveled happily over the city to eat here.) ultimately, while the service fee is included in the price, as the service was up and beyond, I left a small additional tipp above. thanks to emmanuel, thomas and johan!

There are people who are really not made for the service! And very antipathic with the 5-year-old child who accompanied us while he was calm.We will not go back!
