I have viisited Salt at several occasions and was very impressed with their lunch time menu. This time I booked for a special evening with people who liked their food. So it was a disappointment when two of the courses were oversalted, and one had was not salted. The combination of ingredients also lacked cohesion. What happened to this restarant?!! It was amazing and now, the previous chef left, the foods are not like those pictures anymore and the price is still the same. I can not believe this happening. I am uploading some pictures to show how different it is now. It is not only the plating, the flavor? ... I don't want to insult them anymore.. will never ever go to salt again!!

What a gem this restaurant is. Located within easy walking distance of Paris'main tourist attractions this fine dining experience for weary (especially Aussie) travelers in search of a sublime eating (and drinking ) experience is a must. Our Sydney born hostess made our meal even more enjoyable and her recommendation of what wine to drink with each course made our experience even more superb. The food was great - entree of mussels in a curry sauce, main pork with mixed veg and for dessert carrot cake and a cheese platter - my simple description of this gourmet delight does not to it justice ! Can't wait to go back ....
