When we got to the restaurant, we were told we were not reserved!

This restaurant was a great find. The staff were super welcoming, and the service was good. We are Hong Kongers. The food definitely matched Hong Kong's taste and style. We’ll definitely go again and highly recommended.

Having lived in Hong Kong for 16 years I was so excited to discover a Hong Kong style canteen near my home in Paris. The first time I went the food was quite good, and their HK style milky teas and Cantonese soups boiled for hours are still a good treat. But one dish they say is a specialty, the stir fried rice noodles with beef is never available! They told me I had to order it in advance so I did one time, and the chef got sick so he couldn’t make it. The last time I went with a friend, I wanted to order the Hainan Chicken rice, which normally comes with a special rice steamed with oils and chicken stock, as well as a soup. They told me they don’t serve it with that rice or soup. Just the boiled chicken and normal steamed white rice. That’s not Hainan style chicken rice. The stir fried beef with onions my friend ordered was just okay but she was not that impressed by it. I ordered a Ma Po tofu which was pretty good. I would go back for the daily soup. But I wonder if they changed their chef, because their menu has changed a bit and the food quality doesn’t seem as good as when they first opened.

Delicious, flat-ctraditional, courteous waiter, we had a very pleasant moment.

Super restaurant !!! Only the less would be for me the absence of a round table with dessert in the centre to share dishes with Chinese, but it does not deserve a star in less.
