The spring rolls were fried like a wrap, so you could see the filling without having to cut them open. They were delicious, by the way. Next, I had the beef lok-lak, which consisted of very tender meat, slightly sticky rice with soy sauce, a delicious fried egg (as delicious as the rest of the dish , and some raw vegetables (cucumbers, grated carrots .
