Every dish tasted like it came straight out of a classic Parisian bistro—perfectly prepared and bursting with traditional flavors. The food here is absolutely incredible. If you eat pork, you must try the Pâté Basque—be sure to eat it with the mustard and a slice of baguette! You should definitely try their Steak Tartare too, which is fantastic. But my absolute favorite dish was the Cassoulet, of-course if you like beans; the beans baked directly in the rich, savory meat juice were out of this world. The service was great. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made the whole dining experience feel incredibly special. I can't recommend this place enough.
