Each dish revealed impeccable technique and perfectly mastered cooking, highlighting respect for the product and the talent of the chef. One of the highlights of this meal was the whiskey-flambéed pot lobster, a daring creation that combines the finesse of the crustacean meat with the warm notes of whiskey. The precise cooking enhanced this signature dish, offering a perfect balance between power and delicacy. To accompany this menu, I chose a champagne throughout the meal. The sommelier, who was particularly attentive and gave good advice, was able to guide me towards a vintage that brought freshness and elegance, pairing wonderfully with all the dishes tasted.
