It was sensibly priced with gargantuan salads, traditional French dishes and burgers that come with chips and salad. The presentation was excellent and my salad had heaps of salmon and prawns with fried potato rounds lurking in the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and mushroom topped with a dollop of cream cheese. Lovely friendly ambiance. Happy hour is 5pm to 8pm with some drinks half price.

Service was the worst we’ve received anywhere in the world. No exaggeration. We asked for 2 cafe creme. One slightly weaker. The response from the waiter was rude and then some. I’ve never felt so offended in my life. Thankfully one of the locals at the bar said the guy was an a@$h@le and not to take it personally and not to leave a tip. Avoid. There are plenty of places nearby who serve good coffee without the attitude.

Not a comfortable setting for English tourists, considering it’s a local restaurant. Staff are seemingly lifeless, and although it’s not their job, their full attitudes make the space uncomfortable to enjoy.
