Everything was perfect, from the first amuse-bouche to the last bite of dessert Each course surprised us with elegant, complex flavors. The staff were genuinely kind and professional, and it was such a joy when the chef came out to meet everyone. A beautiful, unforgettable evening! Merci!!!!

Tucked away from the tourist-heavy areas, this Michelin-recognized restaurant offers a dining experience that’s intimate, refined, and unforgettable. It’s not just a meal, it’s a performance for the senses. Each dish is introduced by the Japanese owner-chef himself, who takes time to explain the ingredients, the inspiration, and how best to enjoy the plate in front of you. The food itself is stunning, not only in taste, but in presentation. You eat with your eyes first, and every plate looks like a piece of art. The harmony between delicate Japanese flavors and refined French techniques is executed flawlessly. Considering the level of quality, service, and overall experience, the value for money is outstanding. It’s rare to find this level of craftsmanship at such a fair price in Paris. Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back, this is one of those places you feel lucky to have discovered. Quiet, humble, and exceptional in every way.
