Each dish is introduced by the Japanese owner-chef himself, who takes time to explain the ingredients, the inspiration, and how best to enjoy the plate in front of you. The food itself is stunning, not only in taste, but in presentation. You eat with your eyes first, and every plate looks like a piece of art. The harmony between delicate Japanese flavors and refined French techniques is executed flawlessly. Considering the level of quality, service, and overall experience, the value for money is outstanding. It’s rare to find this level of craftsmanship at such a fair price in Paris.
