Here you will find a lot of juices and smoothies, plus açai/pitaya bowls, avocado toasts, and a hot plate which changes frequently but which is vegan almost always. For instance, currently it's a chili sin carne. There are some tables inside and a few outside; otherwise, you'll probably find some spot to enjoy your meal in the Place des Vosges. The service is friendly and quick; but note that you need to order in the counter.

Yet when you specialise yourself in fruit juices, it is a bit disappointing to sell them prepared in advance in plastic bottles (the same applies for some deserts such as the açai bowl). And the place is super expensive.
