The atmosphere of this place is what lured me and my boyfriend in on a Tuesday evening... the menu looked promising and the furnishing super cosy, and it looked like the bar is fully stacked and has a lot to offer. I have to say, the girl that works there is awesome and super attentive and friendly! The menu was just in French and I couldn't understand completely what I'm ordering but I was very open to try a burger that seemed good. I was disappointed to find out 15 minutes later that the burger really dry (the bread was possibly 3 days old, very hard to cut), the meat was tasteless and dry, and accompanied by really stinky cheese.. The fries were dry and semi fabricated... I ordered Béarnaise and I was served ketchup, peanut butter mayo and sweet chilli mayo instead (which tasted average). My cocktail wasn't tasty. It just tasted of strong alcohol. Overall a total rip off...

My girlfriends and I found this place on Yelp and we 're so glad we did! It 's a small hole in the wall, but with really good food and a friendly server. We shared the double cheeseburger, cheese and bacon fries, Korean chicken wings and green beans. Everything was absolutely delicious!! I asked the bartender if this was the same Rue de Paradis from the movie taken and that I was looking for the red door . He said yes!! It 's across the street and 2 doors down. I was sooo excited and we took photos. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

Burger and chips drounding in oil and grease...very expensive... €5 for half beer...€7 for some very greasey fries. ..that aside staff genuinely nice and an amazing setting..drink a pint of oil for€2 and save yourself the hassle...not good at all
