We are always impressed with Chef Merino’s creative and meticulously plated cuisine, but also how he creates a totally wonderful dining experience with his front of the house staff for both lunch and dinner. We see how he strives for perfection in his cooking and plating for the guests and also appreciate all the details that he attends to in the front of the house. While we have dined in a number of Michelin starred restaurants in Paris, we have come to choose Chef Merino’s Restaurant F as our favorite restaurant in the 16th Arrondisement while visiting Paris.

A little surprised to be charged 10 Euros for tap water so there must have been a misunderstanding there. Regardless, highly recommend this restaurant for when you are next in Paris.
