I can't count how many times I ate at ebis. The lunch menu is good and the dinner menu is great. If you like Japanese and Taiwanese cuisine, this place is for you. the frame is great, right in front of the garden of the tiles, this place is ideal for couples, friends or business. The service is simply adorable.
I had dinner twice in this restaurant this month and I recommend it for the quality of its dishes and its price remains reasonable. the service is efficient and attentive, the very nice neighborhood all around. I recommend the pots to the spicy noodles and the tuna or bar excellent.
Advised by a friend, the ebis restaurant is the good Japanese address of St. roch Street. Be careful, not to be confused with the other Japanese signs on the same street, it is quite simple, the ebis rooms are mostly occupied by Japanese. Discovery formula to 118 euros for two, there are other cheaper formulas of course. 118 euros, it's a little expensive but the products are very fresh. Amuse salmon mouth, shark fins soup, flawlessly cooked lobster, steam bar and beef sauce at the choice, all served heartily. The atmosphere is unsuccessful but professional service. high addition in connection with the selected menus but justified by the quality of the products. I'll go back.
Ebis is the perfect spot for anyone craving a warm and comforting East Asian dinner. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to take many photos — after the fourth dish, I had to put my phone down and fully focus on eating because the food was just that good! The stir-fried vegetables and seafood dishes were especially delicious — full of flavor, but not overly salty or sweet. Everything tasted just right, especially when enjoyed with a bowl of steamed rice. The manager was also incredibly kind and helpful in recommending dishes, which made the whole experience even better. I left feeling truly satisfied with my dinner here. We were just passing by when we stumbled upon this restaurant, and what a discovery! Despite being almost fully booked, the staff quickly found us a table. The service was incredibly warm and attentive throughout the whole evening. Our food arrived fast, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious — the flavors were unforgettable. But the real highlight was the foie gras with crêpes — simply out of this world. A dish truly worthy of a Michelin star. The rice, the meat, and every other dish were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We ended up ordering a lot — because everything tasted so good. We will definitely be coming back!
