The restaurant is route to Saint roch. Near the school paris parsons. My daughter and I went to the restaurant after her school. We all first followed the work of art of the wall. It is a very famous painting of the dream dynasty in China. we are curious to know why the restaurant has a Japanese name on the entrance door but also a Chinese painting on the wall inside. So we decided to have dinner in this restaurant. 90% of customers are Japanese, some French. servers speak only Japanese and French, only one waitress speaks English well. they have English and Chinese French menus. all foods are very delicious and served with a very elegant and delicate dishes. We're both very happy. because this dinner is our best satisfying Chinese cuisine after our arrival to bet these days.
I have lunched a nice quick service pleasant setting beautiful exceptional situation affordableand delight in the bravo plate
Critics suggest that the kitchen is a Chinese/Japanese fusion, I'm not sure but it's enough to say that the food is very good, certainly much better than most Chinese restaurants where I went. the service was excellent but the wine is very expensive, the cheapest white bottle was 34 euros so wait for a substantial invoice
Ebis is the perfect spot for anyone craving a warm and comforting East Asian dinner. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to take many photos — after the fourth dish, I had to put my phone down and fully focus on eating because the food was just that good! The stir-fried vegetables and seafood dishes were especially delicious — full of flavor, but not overly salty or sweet. Everything tasted just right, especially when enjoyed with a bowl of steamed rice. The manager was also incredibly kind and helpful in recommending dishes, which made the whole experience even better. I left feeling truly satisfied with my dinner here. We were just passing by when we stumbled upon this restaurant, and what a discovery! Despite being almost fully booked, the staff quickly found us a table. The service was incredibly warm and attentive throughout the whole evening. Our food arrived fast, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious — the flavors were unforgettable. But the real highlight was the foie gras with crêpes — simply out of this world. A dish truly worthy of a Michelin star. The rice, the meat, and every other dish were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We ended up ordering a lot — because everything tasted so good. We will definitely be coming back!
