It was perfect, very fresh fish and cooked as needed. Good bottle of white wine, quality service. Well, on the other hand, the choice of price-free wine, not really cool. I'll gladly go back.
A must side for fish lovers and quality services. The sole meunière is just exceptional.
It's been two or three years since our father died, who was a regular at the scene. Quiet atmosphere because a Sunday in July. We were very well placed on a round bench. The oyster tasting plate was very well as the half lobster, delicious millefeuille Idem, to fall. My only reservation concerns the very limited choice of desserts and aperitives. Ice in the summer, it wouldn't be complicated to put on the map it seems to me. And a spritz doesn't need a bartender! There's really an effort to do on this side but we'll come back and I'll reserve for September already.
What can I say about the Rostang family and the Group's restaurants? The welcome, the service, the cuisine of course, and the atmosphere—everything comes together for an incredible moment of indulgence and generosity. Dessirier, in particular, with its brand-new decor, is so inviting. I highly recommend the experience.
A huge thank you to our head waiter, Jean-Marc, for his warm welcome and exemplary professionalism. His perfect knowledge of seafood and his insightful advice truly enhanced our meal. Discreet, attentive, and always at the right moment, he made this an unforgettable evening. The service was worthy of the finest restaurants. We will definitely be back!
