The restaurant's ambiance, filled with the owner's thoughtful collection and arrangement, made for a truly moving dining experience. The roast duck skin was exceptionally crispy, a testament to the owner's skill; the duck floss paired with lettuce was incredibly refreshing. The shiitake mushroom and fish maw dish was particularly amazing. The tender fish maw, combined with the rich broth, was unforgettable. The shiitake mushrooms were also very thick and substantial. It's truly remarkable how well it was prepared.
