We enjoyed this little restaurant jewel twice during our trip to Paris, intentionally taking our meal for our last night in Paris at Brut (this evening). We hav... read more We enjoyed this little restaurant jewel twice during our trip to Paris, intentionally taking our meal for our last night in Paris at Brut (this evening). We have the chance to live nearby and enjoy delicious cuisine in Napa and San Francisco, California and with regard to the different dishes that our group of three people enjoyed (entrances, dishes and desserts), we think that this young chef could be a star in our region. , holding head to many starred leaders of the two Californian regions. This includes presentation, freshness of ingredients and flavour as key factors. We hope that many Parisians and tourists as we will have the opportunity to discover and appreciate the Brut. Our service was perfectly synchronized and our server was extremely courteous. We look forward to our return to Paris, the 17th arrondissement and this wonderful restaurant Brut. Thank you.
