This restaurant was recommended by a local, but our experience found the restaurant very overrated. we may not be expected to come back as a visitor and only lo... read more This restaurant was recommended by a local, but our experience found the restaurant very overrated. we may not be expected to come back as a visitor and only locals/recurring customers receive the quality. our bill came to 170euros, which would have been similar in england offered over £100.00 it is a shame that this is our first visit in paris and we might have eaten well in one of the many eckcafés.

However, the desserts were delicious too, specially the rhubarb one. The quenelles wer... read more This restaurant seems to be living off of its reputation. The best dishes we had were only good and very small, more sauce than anything else. The quenelles were terrible. I should have sent them back but no one came around to ask how the meal was. The owner tried to tell us that three hours was normal for a French dinner but other diners had their meals prepared and served in half that time.
