Tourist trap. eating was not great: brot is rocky, meeting was hardly chewable. Frozen legs were good. overall the restaurant is very overpriced.
This restaurant was recommended by a local, but our experience found the restaurant very overrated. we may not be expected to come back as a visitor and only locals/recurring customers receive the quality. our bill came to 170euros, which would have been similar in england offered over £100.00 it is a shame that this is our first visit in paris and we might have eaten well in one of the many eckcafés.
We had a great Saturday dinner - the hotel was incredible, very courteous and friendly, great menu (approx. 20 eur), great cheeseboard. can only recommend.
The smallest places are the best. The staff were funny and welcoming. Had the frog legs pigeon. Partner I shared a bottle of wine. 10/10 recommend
3 of us for dinner. Sat 37th Dec. Table booked just before 21.00... What an amazing find... A great space run by a small team. Excellent menu and specials. The wine list is spectacular too. In keeping with the food on offer. Specials were Pâté en croute, porc, volaille, foie gras...Oh my... Followed by Ris de veau. Baba au rhum for dessert. 2 bottles of sublime Burgundy... Hard to beat.
