What Victoire Pruvost doesn't like about Allard:
This celebrity cook has tried to increase the quality of this previously traditional, but pleasantly enough old Saint-Germain standby to something like skin cuisine, but canceled a carefully sophisticated cook actually in the kitchen, we were served an overly and unnecessarily spicy steak tare that would make the taste of the meat, an accompanying lettuce in vinegar, and a powerfully floating if Chef Ducasse himself View all feedback. What Dominique Allard likes about Allard:
very discreet.People treated with the riot.I recommend the foie gras and the veal liver that melts in the mouth: a feast against the desserts are basic:can better do;it lacks a patissier View all feedback.

An excellent French restaurant. The breakfast formula at 34€ is an unparalleled quality ratio
Great culinary experience in a mythical place. Special mention for service including Aicha in the room and Thomas the sommelier.

Food was OK for the traditional French fare, but the operation seemed a little inefficient. Service wise, could be a bit more attentive at this price point.
