I asked for a “very french experience” and they delivered by explaining every dish, where it originated, how it is enjoyed today, taught me how to enjoy it, eg. “Cafe aremorque” coffee with brandy, and it was the perfect end to the night. Thanks Nicholas for the chat and being so attentive! We loved all of it!
