One specialty of theirs is called Scheiterh... read more One of the best cafés in South Tyrol, Rudi 's pastry, ice cream, and drinks are worth a trip to Partschins/Parcines. One specialty of theirs is called Scheiterhaufen in German, which means something like getting burned at the stakes in English obviously losing something in the translation. It actually apple biscuits soaked in milk then mixed with raisins and cinnamon, toppled with vanilla sauce a dream made possible by Rudi!
