We had the Barramundi Mooli, a lovely fragrant curry, the Madras Prawns, nice and spicy and the Saffrron Butter Chicken-the best Butter chicken ever!!! The Naans were amazing as were the pappadoms. We have also dined at the restaurant. the service was great and the staff professional and friendly. It is a beautiful restaurant.Must go!!

An intimate dinning experience in lush tones of red, subtle lighting and attentive and professional staff. Wafts of delicious spices and heady scents surround you and reading the extensive menu your imagination drives you to order a sumptuous array of dishes. A really nice choice of wines make the dinning experience complete. We had to come back the second night as well to have the set menu which flowed from the kitchen to our table in perfect timing by 3 wait staff. Saffron is close to the Darwin centre and is a sophisticated Indian dinning experience. I travelled through India a few years ago and the dishes here match anything I have tasted in my travels. If I don't eat Indian food until I return to Darwin again I am happy.
