The standard pizza at Crust is quite good and they have a good range that is reasonably priced and service good
Surprised when we saw several people in the shop. Never had a Crust Pizza before. Went in and to our surprise there were pizza combinations we have not seen before. Nice thin base. In addition to ordering a large pizza for our group, We also tried to get the gourmet entree which included some prawns, chorizo, lamb ribs, pizza slices on a bed of greens. We were even given free ciabatta garlic bread! Place very close to Quest Parap where we stayed.
We ordered crust pizza on Friday night, was told that it would be delivered within an hour. After waiting over an hour we decided to call and was told they couldn't find out order repeatedly until they mysteriously found it. They apologised and said it would leave the store in 5 minutes and threw in a free mousse and garlic bread. We waited another 50 minutes and pizza finally arrived. The pizzas were ok at best, garlic bread was not cooked properly as butter was still hard and there was one tiny mousse. This is the second time we have waited a ridiculous amount of time for crust pizza. It's safe to say I won't be giving crust pizza a third try.
Missing ingredients. Undercooked chips. Hard as a rock. Not fresh ingredients. Expensive. Very disappointed.
My first time ordering from Crust pizza parap, will also be the last time. Ordered 3 large classic pizzas they got 2 of the 3 pizzas right, but was basically inedible. Had to buy another meal for my parents as they didnt finish one bite. This place was recommened by friends but if you want pizza go somewhere else. Even the big D wasnt this bad. The dough was tough, chewy with a leather like texture, toppings were ok but couldnt save this poor excuse for a cracker crust pizza. Wasnt crisp or thin enough to be considered a cracker crust so I'm not sure what category of pizza they aim to fulfill. While it is a predominantly take away store, and i appreciate it is quite hot and stuffy beside the ovens, the appropriate kitchen attire wouldnt go astray (no one wants toe jam as a pizza topping).
