Entry and exit out of the parking lot directly onto 17 can be tricky though so watch out for that on your way out.

They read the policy on refills and still told me that I couldn't get a refill because the manger didn't want to talk to me any longer. I followed all the directions like staying in the store, using my Starbucks app, and asking for the same size, but they said that I couldn't get it because my original drink was a handcrafted. The Starbucks policy states that you can get a free refill regardless of the original drink.

When it was our turn to order, the girl assisting us asked what we wanted, but then turned to speak to someone else while my boyfriend was placing our order. I ordered a frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade, and he ordered a caramel ribbon crunch. When we received our drinks, mine was not frozen as requested. My mother went up to the counter to address the issue while I stayed seated with my boyfriend. When it was her turn, she informed the girl that the drink was supposed to be frozen and asked if it could be made that way. The girl replied that it wasn’t indicated on the label and insisted it was made correctly. My mother reminded her that we had specifically asked for it to be frozen, but the girl continued to argue the same point. In the end, she did make it frozen, but it looked as if she just threw it into the blender with minimal ice and poured it back into the cup. It resembled a regular mango dragonfruit lemonade, but with small bubbles making up half of the drink. We felt this mishap arose because she was not attentive and chose to engage with someone else while taking our order. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I felt disrespected as my order was not taken seriously. It felt like $14 wasted due to her lack of attention and care.
