At this Panera location, classic soups, sandwiches, salads and baked goods mostly deliver tasty results—the orange scone, smoothies and bread-bowl soups earn praise—but experiences vary. Kiosk and pickup are convenient, with helpful managers and tidy, alphabetized shelves; however, order errors, occasional missing items, long waits at peak times and sporadic rude staff undermine service. Busy lunch hours, loud music and limited seating can frustrate diners, though free parking and family-friendly options (kids’ pizza) make it a practical stop for casual lunches.

Food os good, the young lady at the register is very pleasant. I placed a pick up order on 2/25/2022 my order was not correct when I arrived home no big deal called Panera manager stated I would be accommodated when I returned.. I returned on 3/14/2022 I was accommodated but the order was wrong AGAIN! I was supposed to get a Chicken Caesar salad but the same as last time no chicken.. My kids love the pizza so will return please get it right next time
They were our of bread bowl, which is what I was looking forward to with my soup. Otherwise I rant enjoyed my meal! I love the fact that the order pickup shelves are alphabetized!!!
Back numerous times since the resumption of inside dining now that covid restrictions have eased. Still the same great selection of soup, sandwiches and lunch specials. Good variety of salads and soups. Yummy baked goods. My current favorite is the Greek salad and tomato soup value duet combo for $6.99. Counter or kiosk ordering, They used to deliver to the table but stopped that during Covid. Kudos to the working manager, Arun, who keeps the orders flowing smoothly. Lunch times can be difficult to find seating. Loads of free parking.
While I was waiting for my food, I witnessed the staff engage in a loud argument filled with profanity, and the general manager did not step in at all. He asked one of the employees to take care of an order, but she dismissed him with a scoff, telling him to ask someone else. Later, this same employee carelessly tossed customers' food bags towards them while looking at us with obvious disdain. I'm sorry, but her dreadful attitude is completely unacceptable. She does not belong in a customer service role, as she reflects very poorly on this establishment!
I placed my order through my phone and picked it up without any issues. However, when I got home, I discovered that they had forgotten my sandwich. I returned to the restaurant and informed the cashier about the missing item. While I acknowledge that I should have spoken to the manager first, I was taken aback by the cashier's initial reaction. Instead of apologizing, she asked if I had eaten the sandwich. I found that question to be utterly ridiculous. Why would I waste my time over a sandwich that's only the size of my fist? This response was highly unprofessional, and as a result, I won't be coming back. This place was terrible.
