This is an absolutely wonderful place. Definitely try it here I tried a little bit of everything and it was worth it. The staff is extremely friendly and they?re always willing to help you. Give this new restaurant to try and you?ll definitely never turn back. Especially if you want non-greasy fried chicken View all feedback.
What Evelyn Galeano doesn't like about John's Fried Chicken:
Horrible place to eat. The staff is composed of a bunch of lazy women that don?t seem to ever want to attend to customers waiting in line. They are more concerned in gossiping amongst themselves rather than servicing people. The food is often hit or miss? very salty or not seasoned well. I asked for service and was welcomed with an attitude. Definitely won?t recommend or visit this spot anymore. If you want Dominican... View all feedback.
Fresh Dominican Food. Plenty to choose from. Served from buffet style set up. Friendly. Reasonably priced. Plenty of parking.

It's a hit or a miss depending on what you order. Some of the food is too spicy like what is pictured below.. and sometime it has no flavor (the salmon). Overall good customer service however It can be pricey atleast 15 dollars a plate. One time I order the seafood rice and it was $20 just for the rice alone... Wished they had smaller containers so you have the option to buy a large or smaller meal.
Truly disappointed. We usually go to Cliffside but because we're closer to Ridgewood we decided to go there. We order 3 1/4 chicken and they all tasty really really salty. I couldn't even finish it. The mojito sauce also didn't taste like the way they do it in the other location. We also oder two beef empanadas and as you can see from the picture I took one bite and there was hardly any beef. The only food that made well done was the fried chicken with the French fries.
I love this place, great service. I got oxtails and peas rice and was the best! Very good. The empanadas were not as good.
