I ordered online and I ordered for me and my father 11 wings and fries for both and we each only got 9 wings and little to no fries with one seasoned and the other not seasoned when they where both supposed to be seasoned we called them and they tried saying that it wasn?t there fault it was the online order so they did nothing to help in the situation
I just wanted to inform everyone that if you're ordering takeout, it’s better to drive to Chili's near Garden State Plaza, as the address provided isn't accurate. The food itself was really good!
The food was overcooked, dry, and tasteless. I ordered the 16-piece meal with two flavors: Santa Fe (hot) and Southwest Cajun dry rub (hot), but unfortunately, there was no sauce or dry rub provided. This is completely unacceptable, and I will be contacting customer service since every company has a corporate number. The only saving grace was the curly fries; otherwise, I was concerned I might lose a tooth trying to chew the chicken!
Food is disgusting, literally tastes like freezer burn even the sodas are disgusting they taste like seltzer water no matter what kind you get?.. should be shut down honestly. Boneless wings don't even taste like chicken and neither does the bone in ?.Awful awful awful . Apparently their garlic Parmesan doesn't exist either. If i can do no star i would???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Even 711 wings are better that should tell you something right there
