They display a consistently rude attitude, even regarding something as simple as the number of toppings on a sandwich. My sandwich was made incorrectly; the ingredients I chose were listed on the receipt, yet only one topping was added. Seriously? Additionally, the employees appear disheveled, and the overall atmosphere feels neglected, with low murmurs in the background. It’s no surprise that every other establishment in the food court had a line while Five Guys did not. It’s clear that they need to hire new staff! While Five Guys serves great food, the current team is detracting from the dining experience. My visits have been disappointing time and time again. I won’t be coming back until there are new employees who actually take pride in their work.

While I understand it was... read more I would give this restaurant zero stars if possible. I ordered dinner through Uber Eats, getting two burgers and regular Cajun fries. While I understand it was a delivery, I didn't expect the food to be piping hot since we live less than 15 minutes from the restaurant. The food arrived quickly, but we immediately regretted our choice. It tasted terrible, with both the bread and fries being extremely soggy. I know that delivery can affect food texture, but this was excessive and really unpleasant. After reading other reviews, I wouldn't even consider dining in, as it seems like a waste of time. This was my first Five Guys experience in over five years, and it was a major disappointment. I do not recommend this location!
