However, it didn't appear grilled at all; eve... read more The service was very disappointing. I ordered a veggie burger but was informed that I would receive a grilled one. However, it didn't appear grilled at all; even the vegetables looked off, and the cabbage was yellowish, which indicates it wasn't fresh. I could barely eat two bites before I had to throw the rest away. I ended up going to Chipotle afterwards. Please work on improving your service.

I was really in the mood for Shake Shack, but it was closed today. So, I thought I'd give Five Guys a try instead. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations... read more I was really in the mood for Shake Shack, but it was closed today. So, I thought I'd give Five Guys a try instead. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The burger was greasy and the fries were soggy. The service was also quite slow—there were four staff members, yet I was the only customer in line. I think I’ll stick with Shake Shack next time.
