Five Guys - Paramus

First time at this Five Guys and I was rather disappointed. Ordered a Little Bacon Burger with lettuce, tomatoes, regular onions and barbecue sauce. My usual order, unfortunately this time my burger was dry. I usually go to the one on Rt. 23 and I usually have a good experience there, sad to say I can't say the same thing here. On the upside the service was fast and friendly as expected.

Finally, they are open in the Bistro food court. Great selection of burgers at a decent price. Tasty, but their buns don't hold up real well. French fries are great. Quick service.

The service was great and the food was of good quality. However, the main drawback is the location of the Garden State Mall. It tends to be very busy, and prices are significantly higher compared to other locations due to its presence in a shopping center. If you're looking to escape the mall and its associated issues, it might be better to choose a different place.

The food and service were terrible. I found a hair in my meal, and it took 25 minutes to receive my order. I do not recommend this place.

My bacon cheeseburger was very dry and had no seasoning. Service was good but didn't make up for the food. I won't be going back and wouldn't recommend it. Shake shack burgers are 100 times better!!
