What Aurelie Kertzmann doesn't like about Eddie V's Paramus:
We had an 8:30 reservation and didn’t get seated until 9:15 and the host couldn’t care less and didn’t apologize a single time. Horrible customer service. And after being seated our waiter still didn’t apologize for the wait. We then waited over 45 minuted for our steak and sole after ordering all at once and only getting a Caesar salad for appetizer. Celebrated husband's birthday at Eddie V's. Great food and service. We had the best ahi tuna ever, cooked perfectly with a beautiful ruby red center and a nice sear. Truly enjoyed the quite spicy Asian calamari with stir fried veggies and small chilis. It was 2 glasses of water hot, but we loved every minute of the savory experience. The only recommendation I would offer is for EV's is to have the staff observe empty water glasses and fill more frequently. Thank you for a great evening.

Pricey for a family dinner but the quality of our meals (we had the filet mignon, filet and shrimp scampi special, wagyu ribeye special and chilean sea bass) and service were exceptional and made the cost worth it. Our lead wait staff Ozzy was very cordial, attentive and timely. The executive chef greeted our party, which is always a welcomed gesture at fine restaurants, and provided a courtesy tasting of one of his creations, chopped salmon in a dressing over a mini rice cake. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will return again.
