The manager, an older Spanish woman, served me an iced coffee that was overflowing from the cup lid. She brusquely told me, "Just take it like that. You're going to get wet anyway." It was clear that she was frustrated with her job at Dunkin' Donuts, and her attitude seemed rude towards everyone. I would suggest she consider a different job.
