The food and service are outstanding, and everyone I've spoken to on the staff has been friendly and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to hire an extra employee or adjust the schedule so that more staff are present during busy times. When it gets crowded, there's often a wait because one person is handling both the ice cream and coffee counters.

I placed my coffee order 20-30 minutes in advance, yet when I ar... read more I had a very disappointing experience with the woman with purple hair at this Dunkin' location. I placed my coffee order 20-30 minutes in advance, yet when I arrived, it still wasn’t ready, even though the store was completely empty. She told me she had other orders to take care of, but she was actually just in the back and came out smelling of burnt hair, with her hair perfectly straightened. Is this a salon or a coffee shop? Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this location.

Despite its smaller size, it offers an excellent range of baked treats and a diverse menu of hot and cold drinks.
