Unfortunately, that chef has since left, an... read more When this restaurant first opened, it offered a fantastic selection of vegan options and was run by a talented chef. Unfortunately, that chef has since left, and now there's just the Mr. Jackson vegan food truck, which serves amazing food! However, with each menu change and new chef, vegan offerings have dwindled to just one option: chia pudding, which you can buy in a pack of four from the supermarket for half the price. I'm quite disappointed with this shift. The staff seemed indifferent and unaccommodating, which might be due to high turnover. On a brighter note, they do have a few average-tasting raw dishes if you're really in need of something. If you're looking for a recommendation, I suggest checking out Ours Café on May Banjo Street—their vegan French toast is incredible!
