Horrible customer service, and they will definitely not pack your order properly, so do not count on when your order goes. The manager has the most beautiful attitude and was very rude. On August 28, 2023, the food was warm and delicious. The staff member who took our order was very friendly. However, the music was a bit too loud.
I've visited this restaurant many times, and I've always enjoyed the food and service. However, my experience today was disappointing. The cashier, Ruben S., wouldn't allow me to use the bathroom, insisting that it had to be kept clean. I didn't mind the condition of the restroom; I just really needed to go. After ordering my food, I was left in a difficult situation, potentially facing an embarrassing accident. When I inquired about the nearest public restroom, Ruben was unable to provide an answer. I even pleaded with him to let me use the restroom, but he continued to refuse, citing cleanliness issues in both bathrooms. Why isn’t anyone here maintaining the restrooms more regularly? It's unacceptable to deny a customer access to a bathroom. The only reason I'm not giving this place one star is that the food is genuinely good, and I appreciate the overall atmosphere. However, I strongly advise against dining in at this location. Opt for takeout instead, as you may find yourself denied restroom access when you need it. Denying someone the use of a bathroom is simply inhumane; it's a basic human necessity.
I picked up my order from this store at 12:56 today, and unfortunately, the staff was quite rude to me. I was standing to the left of the cash register, but my order was placed on the other side of the counter, and it seemed like they took their time in handing it over to me. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
First of all, I usually comment when the food is good. I wanted to start off with the staff is really friendly. Now for the complaint:I have been going to different yoshinoya for at least 20+ years. I was excited when the XL option existed, now I don't have to pay for extra protein that I typically do. The picture was my XL combo bowl from that place and it is more of a representation of a large bowl. They were stingy with the portions. On top of that, they forgot to put my veggies. The quality of food is okay. I also added the receipt so that the manager knows which staff work that day.I wouldn't have had to write this except I saw the two people before me get their orders wrong also. Hopefully, the staff would be better trained for the next customers. Sadly, I will overshoot this site and go to the next yoshinoya.
Unfortunately Yelp did not have the option to put Zero start. I asked for 2 large beef plate combos and they served me the same portion of beef bowls. Also, I ordered the new Boba drinks with light ice and they gave me half cup of drink. I will never come back again.
