The hosts are incredibly kind and a... read more Absolutely outstanding place! It offers everything you could want in a BnB! It takes less than a minute to walk to the lift. The hosts are incredibly kind and accommodating; it's a family-owned operation with no corporate nonsense, and they truly know how to connect you with local attractions. Breakfast is amazing, and I eagerly anticipate it each morning. The rooms are on the smaller side but very comfortable, and each one has its own bathroom. There is a spacious shared area equipped with coffee makers, refrigerators, air dryers for wet clothing, and plenty of storage for mountain bikes or skis, so you don’t have to haul them through the building. If you have any special requests, it's best to reach out ahead of time, and they'll do their best to assist you. If you're traveling with a group, this is the perfect place to book! However, it also offers a nice, secluded atmosphere if it’s just you and a companion.

The lodge has a charming a... read more I just returned from a stay at Earl Grey Lodge, and it was wonderful! We had a delightful time and are definitely planning to return. The lodge has a charming atmosphere, and the owners made us feel right at home, treating our son to special perks like Nutella at breakfast and Lego to enjoy in the lounge. We particularly loved being able to access the hot pools both morning and night, and it’s just a minute's walk to the ski hill! They also have an excellent setup for storing all your ski gear when you come back from the slopes.

The lodge itself is beautiful just about a four minute walk from the base of the lift, so very centrally located. The building looks and feels like a traditional log cabin, which is a rare experience these days with so many resort hotels being large and impersonal. The rooms are cozy and well decorated. The breakfast is like a true European continental offering, which reminded me of skiing in places like Switzerland! Best of all, the owners are so friendly and very hands on. They are extremely helpful and personable, exuding a true sense of ownership and pride over their lodge. The Cabin Smokehouse restaurant was amazing excellent food, great ambience and excellent customer service. Even this year with few skiers visiting Panorama because of the pandemic, this restaurant was still fully reserved and the busiest place in the village. Overall I can't wait to spend another weekend in this cozy adorable lodge.

Within minutes you're walking up to the hot pool and sauna area which was so nice. Phil and Claire are very nice! The breakfast was also delicious! We highly recommend and will definitly be back soon!
