I was thoroughly shocked and disgusted when I heard the assistant general manager, Jennifer, tell the young lady working behind the frappe/smoothie area that she was not allowed to go to thebathroom because she didn?t have enough employees to Cover her. The young girl looked so disappointed that she was told thatshe was not allowed to go. As far as I am aware, it is illegal for an employer to tell an employee that they are not allowed togo to the bathroom. They have the right to ask them if they are able to wait a few minutes until somebody comes back, but theyare not allowed to tell the employee they are not allowed to use The restroom. Until the entire management team shapes up, myreview will still remain as a single one star.
