I will give them the advantage of doubt at the service and assume that they had a night. My order (phoned for pickup) should take 25 minutes, but ended almost 55. I also experienced 2 other order errors, while there. The food itself was good. Bad nights happen so I'm back to give them another chance. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Villa Nova's Pizza:
Unless you want a damaging case of salmonella, never order Villa Nova again. After we had waited half an hour for a pizza to be ready in 45 minutes, we got a pizza with not only uncooked onions, but ABSOLUTELY RAW SAUSAGE. I am by the fact that someone who works there was content to put 100% raw pork on a pizza and send it out of the door. You could have made me and my kids seriously ill, what's wrong with you? My husband and i went in for lunch today, the food was really good but sooooo overpriced. He had lasagna and i had chicken parm. We both got a salad that used to come with the meal, now you have to pay extra for the salad. It came to 35.00 dollars for lunch. Won't be back.
I have been ordering pizza for years. The past three times I have not been satisfied. The large pizza is smaller with sauce in the very middle with little cheese. The crust had no sauce for three inches from the edge. I tried medium pizzas and the same thing. I understand having to increase the cost of a pizza but making pizza the way they have been lately is not acceptable. The pizza was very good and still is but the size of the crust is definitely not the same as it has been for years. I will try one more time and if the crust is still too wide, I will let the owner know.
Better than a chain and priced reasonably, though not a phenomenal stand out. The atmosphere is nice with an attentive and friendly staff. The Stromboli dough tasted fresh and the portion was quite generous, although I thought the filling was a little light. They have a very nice marinara sauce that compliments the dough.Only major complaint is that you can't see the name of the restaurant from the street, or even the parking lot. The giant sign over the entrance tells what the sell, but not who they are. Makes it a little confusing when you are meeting someone there and you have never been. All in all, an ok experience. I would like to go back and try some of the more involved recipes like Antipasto Salad or the dinner entrees.

Every time we order from Villa Novas we can be confident the whole family will eat it! We have quite a few picky eaters and it is always a win with their cheese pizza. When my husband and I dont want kids cheese pizza we opt for a salad and sub and it is amazing too! The garlic knots are also to die for. Best around!!!! 10/10
