Today, I was one of the first tw... read more I live just down the street and have been to Sheetz many times, but it always takes an absurd amount of time to get your order. Today, I was one of the first two people waiting for food, and there were about five workers there. My order was very simple—just an appetizer box—but I noticed a lot of talking and what seemed like the slowest kitchen and food preparation ever. Every time I've come here before, I've brushed it off as an "off night," but I've decided I’ll be choosing McDonald's, Wendy’s, or Subway from now on since they’re all in the same lot. There’s no reason to wait 20 minutes for something that should take less than 5.

I had to return for a new sub to be made properly,... read more Even giving Sheetz one star is too generous! Nearly the entire order, except for three items, was incorrect. I had to return for a new sub to be made properly, and the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. Telling a customer that the mistakes happened because they were slammed is unacceptable. There is clearly no communication between the manager and employees. On top of that, I had to go back again to pick up the missing items from my order. The Sheetz menu might be extensive, but their service certainly does not meet expectations.
