Quality is a hit or miss lately, more of a miss. It seems like they're being stingy with toppings and ingredients. Subs have had way less meat on them, bread is extremely soggy, pizza is more like cheese bread than a pizza. It's been like this for awhile now. Delivery time is pretty good though, but it's just not worth it. There are better places, with better food in terms of quality and quantity nearby with similar prices.
We ordered online got to the place and they said they didn't have our order tried to order another pizza but they completely walked away from me ended up yelling across the room trying to order 2 EXTRA cheese pizzas then went to pay ended up waiting as they were still across the room and waited for food for 20 minutes
Placed an order, waited the 45 minutes for it. Showed up and waited another 20 minutes to find out they were arguing about making my order after someone else 's because I didn 't show up yet so when I asked about it they said they were making it, I go to sit down and hear them start arguing about if it 's steak or chicken, it 's labeled CHICKEN. I 'm no stranger to customer service as I work in the sector, but dang this just wasn 't it. Not very polite, not very quick, and quite frankly having one sub made 45min ago and then a fresh one made it overall not very tasty either. Thanks for the hard dry bread on the chicken parm, it was like a croton with less flavor.
