Bad service, soggy, cold fries, and a burger that was not well done. Worse than your average fast food. Will not be coming back anytime soon.
Food is consistent and always good. Staff is on point also.
I love this Arby's! They always get my order correct and the staff is very friendly. I had a really bad experience at the one on Union Deposit Road and decided to come to this one the following week. It was like night and day. I won't visit any other Arby's in the area from here on out.

Every time I come here something is messed up. last week the ice machine was broken. Every time we order drive through we have to move away. Tonight our food was handed unwrapped!!!!!!!!! i love Arby's but shut this sh*t down.
