This restaurant is usually quite empty, making it a great spot for a peaceful meal. People come to place orders, but you can often enjoy a quiet dining experience here.
This was the worst Subway experience I've ever had. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki, and it turned out to be more of a salad sandwich. They were out of many ingredients, and when I requested fresh bread, they kept trying to serve me the stale bread. I highly recommend avoiding this location!
Amazing!! I visit this Subway quite frequently, and there has only been one occasion when I wasn't fully satisfied. That single time, they barely added any fillings to my sandwich. But that was just one out of about 30 visits.
I visited Subway around 12:43 PM and saw a woman ordering 3-4 sandwiches, which Brianna was preparing for her. I informed another employee, Sylvia, that I would wait outside until they finished, so I stepped out for about 2-3 minutes. When I came back, two gentlemen entered just before me, but Sylvia chose to take their orders first, even though I had been waiting longer. I had explained earlier that I waited outside because of the woman's large order, which caused some confusion with another customer. Eventually, the two gentlemen decided to leave. When Sylvia began making my sandwiches, they were left out for about 7 minutes while she prepared jalapeño bread and delivered food outside. Upon her return, I asked if she could remake one of my sandwiches since it was getting cold. Unfortunately, she responded with a very poor attitude, demonstrating extremely bad customer service. Both female employees on shift clearly need to improve their service and work more efficiently. Additionally, I noticed that the food containers require more frequent replacement, as jalapeños were mixed in with the tomatoes, which creates a contamination risk. This shows a lack of attention and care. The manager should address these issues soon to prevent losing customers at this Subway location. I hope they also review their menu and overall service standards to enhance the dining experience.
