I'm surprised to see that there is not many reviewa for this place. it's one of the oldest places in the mall and deserves to have some spotline shined on it. This place has quality products and I absolutely loved their theme. Their showcase has alwaysbeen nostalgic and their cookies are amazing. To me Mrs. Fields is nostalgic and should be tried atleast once
I ordered this delightful Grinch cake for the holidays, and I was absolutely thrilled when it arrived. It was exactly what I had hoped for! The prices were fantastic, the customer service was exceptional, and the charming cookies were delicious!
The person who answered the phone was incredibly helpful and offered a wealth of valuable information, so she definitely deserves 5 stars. However, I feel that the prices are a bit steep for my budget, which I would rate as 3 stars. Overall, I would average my experience at 4 stars.
