The French toast at this restaurant is amazing. I can't wait to go back again.
I found hair in my salad at this restaurant and was extremely disappointed by the response from the staff. Despite showing receipts and video footage, the person in charge, Leo, refused to give me a refund without physically seeing the contaminated food. After expressing my frustration and retrieving the food from the dumpster, I was told to come back the next day to speak with the manager. The customer service was poor and I regret eating here. I recommend going somewhere else for a safer dining experience.
The food is not good anymore
I really enjoy the food at this restaurant and think the cooks are excellent. However, I had a negative experience today with the woman working at the drive-thru. My group ordered four meals and requested some ranch dressing, but the cashier initially refused and turned away from us. Even after explaining that we had spent over $60 on our meals, we had to practically beg the woman for the ranch and she still made it difficult for us. I would not recommend Doublz to anyone. As a paying customer, I felt like an inconvenience.
