Doublz - Palmdale
Doublz
Description
Once a beloved staple for many, this restaurant now faces mounting dissatisfaction from its loyal patrons. Recent critiques highlight a troubling drop in food quality, with complaints about sloppily prepared meals and steep prices—one diner recounts paying $60 for a disappointing order. Customers have noted unexpected charges, such as for ranch dressing and jalapeños, a stark contrast to previous experiences. Additionally, issues with hygiene and poor customer service further tarnish the restaurant's reputation. While some dishes like chili cheese fries still receive praise, patrons are urging others to seek alternative dining options.

I spent $39.50 on a regular Hamburger family package, only to come home and find that my meat was only half cooked. It looked pink and I like my burgers well done. Despite loving double patties, I had to throw the hamburger in the trash. For the price I paid, the restaurant should pay more attention to cooking the meat properly and provide better quality toppings.
I cannot believe I was charged $60 for one cheeseburger, one pastrami burger, two small chili cheeses, one large chili cheese, two drinks, and they even charged $1 for a jalapeño pepper. The food did not taste good at all. The only positive thing is that my dogs enjoyed it more than me. I will never return to this restaurant. I would rather go to Jack-in-the-Box or McDonald's instead of this place, as it is not worth paying over $60 for the poor quality and taste of the food.
I have been a loyal customer of doublz for a decade now. The food is always delicious, but I was surprised to find out that they now charge extra for ranch dressing. I recently spent $50 on my meal and was taken aback when the cashier added an additional charge for the ranch dressing that used to be complimentary.
