This way, you can ensure that your food is made fresh, even if it means waiting outside for a bit. When I’ve ordered over the phone, I’ve received cold and hard rice, which was disappointing, as it’s clear the food had been sitting out for hours. Unfortunately, during my last two visits, the rice was cold and hard. That said, the rest of their food is excellent, and you can really see how hard the staff works.
