The first is like a vanilla with nuttella and nuts, and the American is like a snickers bar. Both flavours were totally awesome and apparently the ice cream is made by the guys who work there. A great bunch of people and great ice cream!

We were in Palermo for 3 nights......and became addicted to the gelato here... read more This cafe is on the pedestrian street and right next to the building our B&B was at. We were in Palermo for 3 nights......and became addicted to the gelato here. We stopped every evening and probably once or twice during the day. SUPERB. I know they serve breakfast,lunch and dinner items.....there is seating on the street...tables were always occupied.....but for us: it was only the gelato and that reigned supreme. The morning we left for the airport we stopped to say good-bye to Francesco, who was born here......lived in Staten Island,NY for many years.....and returned. He was celebrating a birthday the following day.
