I had the pleasure of dining at Applebee’s while traveling through New York State, and I couldn't be more impressed! Not only was the food delicious, but the service was top-notch. The wait staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt right at home. The real standout, however, was when I accidentally lost my wallet at the restaurant. To my relief, someone turned it in, and the manager went above and beyond by mailing it back to me in Ohio. It’s rare to find such genuine care and kindness in a restaurant, and I truly appreciate their exceptional hospitality. This Applebee’s team made my day, and I will certainly be back next time I'm in town! Thank you for your honesty, professionalism, and outstanding service! Busy Sat night. Strawberry salad (despite being in off season) was excellent. Came in minutes. Excellent service. They offer gluten sensitive options.
