I grew up on a beef farm in the USA and would say the Ribeye was a quality cut of meat and prepared very well. Get the brown gravy(mushroom Demi glaze) the potatoes were seasoned terrifically, mushroom soup was flavorful and I’m not at all a salad guy but this one was great.
