Zafferano Trattoria Mediterranea

The food was sensational and served with a touch of Sicilian flair, complemented by an excellent wine recommendation. It was yet another fantastic lunch at Bella and Simone. We can’t wait to return!

I'm sorry to say I was quite disappointed. The salad arrived only after we had finished our main courses, which was frustrating. The staff was quite loud, and the food was lacking in flavor. Unfortunately, the prices seemed too high for what we received. I had high expectations due to the cozy and charming atmosphere, and the website suggested a wonderful experience that I didn't quite find. Such a shame.

My family and I are regulars at Zafferano. The food of a typical Sicilian fare is excellent. All ingredients are fresh and the pastas are to die for. I am of Sicilian background at it better than Nonna’s. Simone and Bella are beautiful hosts and happy to chat or advise the daily specials and wine to food blends. Highly recommend.
